you wouldn't use the meat knife on crusty bread but, equally, the serrated knife and straight edge knife aren't going to go through raw meat as quickly

That seller often has interesting stuff, but I think his prices tend to be a bit ambitious (pot, kettle... ).Never seen one of those Les Paul Floyds before, that's fascinating. But doesn't it tend to wobble around a bit with just the big grub screws at the back to hold it in place?
