I've heard mixed reports about that guy.  He's expensive and not always accurate with descriptions.

Buy with caution...

yeah, that's what i've heard too. :) didn't sambo get something from him, and it wasn't anywhere near in as good nick as the description suggested?

Jonathon. Not sure if you are aware but when you click on the link for the emerald on that page you get the specs for the Painkiller V.

Yeah, Sambo got his blue Burny LP there.  Likewise with my ObG goldtop, which was meant to be "near mint" but had loads of dings and - more importantly - several loose fretboard inlays which I had to get fixed by Jonathan. 

It was actually a really good guitar, but the experience turned me against it and I sold it pretty quick.  Probably should've kept it really.
