such along time i just was seeing if anyone had any advice
Many thanks,

I'm also going to New York soon (well, next year) and would like some recommendations on good places to stay, (hotels, not hostels) that are about an average price in a good location :D

yeah sorry, i was a bit vague lol. Ummm we will be in staying in Manhattan just by times square, but are willing to travel abit. As i say i haven't been back to america for 7/8 years. Any food as long as it's food, not too fussed really, just as long as it isn't overly, overly priced for NYC anyway lol.

Well, if you have any free time and wanna meet up for a pint, I can show you a few great places that are off the beaten path.

Otherwise, it's New York; you pretty much have the creme of the crop. I would advise you to GET THE HELL OUT OF TIMES SQUARE/MIDTOWN no matter what, however. That is tourist trap Hell!!

Yeah and while you guys are answering this request, maybe also give me some tips where to get '59 RI Gibsons for average Les Paul cost in a shop that has free parking downtown?
