Warpig Metal Clip
« on: December 13, 2008, 03:59:10 PM »
I felt like doing a quick clip with a drum track I found on HC. So I used my Gibson Gothic V with an alnico Warpig in the bridge, tuned to Drop D with 10 - 52's.

What kind of amp will give me this tone? I'm using a Line 6 Toneport GX, if I could find an amp that could do this kind of tone, I'd scrimp and save for it like mad.

uhm... it could be a peavey 5150 with some flavour of mesa rectifier... damn heavy, though. can you post the preset file?
