demo quality recording alert ;) (well, it is live - i must admit the playings pretty shonky in many places)

probably listen to 'the improbable man'

hopefully you hear that the miracle man is a versatile rock pickup, not just for intense metal tone or whatever.

MM -> steinberger -> 2204 -> g12h100 1x12 -> off axis condenser mic about 12 inches from the cab
(not my choice of mic technique, but it gives that authentic old skool live tone)

it always sounds much fuller if you add electronica behind the guitar, it kind of disguises the thinness. because of the strong bass in alot of electronic  music, i always rob the bass out of my tone not to interfere. in fact the setting on the amp was set rather typically for me.. i think you can hear the thinness in 'forever ardcore' at certain points.

no one in particular,  but i do like a few vocal adlibs ;)
