At first glance i didnt think it was a gibson. Its £4400. Very odd looking guitar.

I love LP's but i'm not a fan of this. Could get a lot of guitar/guitars for that money.

Who is designed this!?
And for £4400!

Come on Gibson, you're not even trying anymore!

The switch is wrong, the control layout is wrong, the headstock is DEFINATELY $%&#ED UP. I even think the case is wrong.

They wasted a good piece of Korina.

So we have the wood of a Flying V/Explorer, the headstock of a Futura, the switch of an ES-5 Switchmaster and a control layout from.... ????  :?

To celebrate the 50th anniversary of.... what?  Korina?  Certainly not the Les Paul Custom.  :|

You sometimes have to wonder what they're smoking at Gibson.  Or maybe it's the nitrocellulose fumes.

I'm sure thats been out for a while now. I could get over the control layout if the switch and headstock were normal.
Or a 6 way switch for the extra options of the 3 pickups

I've seen this in the flesh at Guitar Guitar. Very odd looking thing, with original Explorer headstock from the 50s and that strange layout.

Still not sure if i like it tbh, maybe it sounds off the chain?

The control layout is that of a Non-reverse Firebird.  :)

I'm a big fan of the Les paul but this is too far, controls don't make sense as far as I can see

Is the idea that it contains parts of all different Gibson models?

Flying V Scale length or something?
