Welcome to the forum! I use a cammo covered Miracle Man in the guitar below:

The sound is tremendous for metal! I have never had an issue with feedback, and muddiness is out of the question! The MM is very well balanced, with great overdrive/distortion tones. The bass is tight and focused. It is not what would call 'warm and fuzzy' at all.
As for the clean sound ... yes, the MM
can do cleans 'resonably well', as you asked. If you like a plucky, naturally compressed clean sound, then you'll be fine. I have no issues using the MM on clean stuff, but it's probably not part of the MM's job description.
