Yep, thanks for the Rachel Weisz pics, Lew - made my lunch break today :D

We seem to have been watching a lot of films with her in recently - I think my mrs must have figured out a subconscious pattern on my dvd selection, and she's been picking them before I suggest them...

She'd have to be one of my "Desert Island Chicks"

I've heard she has very good muscle control. :) Who'd have thought that was on the curriculum for these Oxbridge alumni.
There are 10 kinds of people who understand binary.
Those who do and those who do not.

haha. She seems to have a really genuine and natural approach to acting and look. Like Philly has said, theres way too much plastic fantastic out there, I can't say I've ever seen a woman who's had surgery and doesn't look like a complete freakazoid.

Have you seen Constantine?

Lilly allen she's kinda odd shaped all bottom no top

Yes, and I like it!

you sure have a funny fetish Philly Q

I have to agree with Philly on this one - with all respects to other opinions of course.

Back in our day ( ahem ) we called that 'natural' , 'healthy' beautiful ' - and even better if they had additional "child bearing hips" - as my Dad used to say.  I remember watching 'Miss World' contests in the early 60's on the T.V. - and they all had dangerous curves !  Therefore another vote for Ms Allen ( Lovely photos - thanks Tom ! ) - Felicity Kendal and Charlotte Church here,  as most of  the of the ladies presented look gorgeous and glamorous - but let's also factor in 'cuddly' and 'built for comfort- not for speed'...

Time for my evening dose of 'mid-life medication'  I suppose ...

And finally ( to add to the gentle controversy ) - I always had a soft spot for Lucy Porter, ...   :)

Yes Tom,  I must confess to posting the picture of Lucy,  in a way that was somewhat appreciatively detatched from her 'main job'.  It was the same with my appreciation of  Lily Allen - in that she represents a type of attractive person - as opposed to me adding to the ticket sales of either .  :)

Good call Derek, I'm quite keen on both Lucy Porter* and Lily Allen, although I don't think either of them is very good at what she does!
Although I suspect I might actually like Lucy Porter if I met her, whereas I'd probably want to punch Lily in the face.....

(* just to clarify - in case anyone who knows me should be reading this - I mean the comedian Lucy Porter, not my friend's 12-year-old daughter Lucy Porter....  :? )

Yep, that was the last one we watched, and I'd forgotten she was in it until she popped up. Seen it a few times now, and it's kinda growing on me, my only complaint is that he makes the wrong call when she wonders whether she has to take all her clothes off to get in the bath... the rest of the film is extremely down-to-earth, real-life, and believable... I mean, she even leaves her trainers on!!!

I'm actually rather fond of Tilde Swinton as well, so it was an all round good watch for me that night :D
