New Singer Day :O)

I think he's pretty good. I was so much paying attention, I made many mistakes playing, he is really into it and got a great presence, cuts through well too.

sounds 'aight. to me personally, sometimes he sounds like hes doing his own thing and at other times he sounds like zach. i think it fits well.

on another note. Inside Out are the best Zach De La Rocha related band. id readilly smash peoples faces off to a good inside out cover.

To be honest, it got on my nerves a bit when he sang "those who doyed are justifoyed!" and other places where the accent shows through.  If he works on that I think he'd be pretty decent.

What the $%&# is your bassist playing? that sounds horrible, get a new bass player.

Don't think he's a bad singer, better than me! Think he'll be good once he settles in.

Cummon, he's not that bad. His tone and sound are truly bad, but his playing was OK. Maybe he was using a borrowed rig ?  (benefit of the doubt and all that !)

THe singer sounds good to me, although I agree with Lazy_mcdoesnothing's comments on his accent, which is a bit annoying to my ears at times.

Probably sounded wicked in the room, and the mic rolling off the bass frequencies.

Just kiddin anyways ;)

I am always discussing with him whether to use flatwounds or roundwounds. I am for roundwounds, he swears by flatwounds ...

Flat wounds do not rock... ever, some claim to use flats like trujillo but i beleive they're half-flats, usually is the case.

They are quite like dead roundwounds, but better sonically ofcourse

Plenty of funk bassists actually use really old dead roundwounds instead of flats

I think this is why i don't like his sound, would be nice in jazz though.

Strings make all the difference in a bass! need to change the ones in mine, then i might love this bass again.
