Painkillers doing low tuned metal, ENGL Invader & Jackson DKMG
« on: February 23, 2009, 12:51:10 PM »
Howdy,

I just recorded a clip of an idea me and Nolly are working on, it's based on the same clip I posted here a while back but recorded on Logic using Impulses with my ENGL Invader 100. The Impulses used emulate a Soldano SLO Power amp and a Diezel 4x12 on one side, and a Framus power amp and 4x12 on the other.

Enjoy, and feel free to leave feedback, it will be much appreciated.

Yep, you and Nolly are definitely the mayors of Groovey Town.  I can't stop listening to this clip, especially the groove that starts at 1:24!  FUUUUUUU

+1

Sounds like B standard to me(on a six string obviously), but I'm slightly inebriated so I don't fully trust my ear!

Close, it's E-standard with the sixth string tuned to B ;)

Haha sweet, thanks Nolly!  Despite my previous post I actually have two ears.  They just don't always work correctly!  :shh:
