Hi everybody! I'm going to replace the stock pickups on my PRS for something more suited for metal.

I have a Ibanez J-custom that I'm probably going to get Painkillers for at some point. It'll be the modern downtuned djenty (oops sorry) riff machine. For the PRS, I'm thinking of something a little more subtle. It needs to hold its own against the Ibanez output-wise at gigs, as I'll be switching between the two during the set.
For the bridge, I want good clarity, tight enough response, and I love my mids :) But, the vibe can be a bit more vintage than with the Ibanez. Bit more Opeth than Soilwork, if you will, but still suited for modern metal.
For the neck, fluid and thick solo sound, yes please! I'm going to fit the PRS with the Graphtech piezo system, so the clean sounds aren't _that_ important.
Tuning will be D standard / drop-C. My amp's an Engl Invader. And the basic PRS specs: mahogany body & neck with rosewood fingerboard and flamed maple top.
Nailbombs, Cold Sweats, ...? I'm open to suggestions. I'm even intrigued by MQs/Pig90s for the neck, but don't have experience with non-humbuckers, so shoot! Cheers :)
