Ronaldo R9 back on fields
« on: March 05, 2009, 04:38:48 PM »

Yesterday Ronaldo played his first match after 1 year away by his 3rd knee's muscle rupture... I gotta respect a millionary man, with life-time endorser by Nike who try go back play, with a payment way smaller than he would if were in Europe after this... I would give up, probably...

And for make things better, he's playing on my team: Corinthians :D

He played almost 30min, didn't run as he used 10 years back, but it was good... On sunday there is one of the biggest derbys of Brazil, Corinthians x Palmeiras, something alike Chelsea x Arsenal or Man United x Man City... He's going to play, hope he makes a score, with his belly :P

Forth Ronaldo!

Chelsea x Arsenal or Man United x Man City

Everton v Liverpool is probably the biggest over here.  Of course Everton are the best by far  :D

Nice to see fat boy back, he needs to run about a bit.

That's why I said a score made with the belly, would be wonderfully funny! :D

Depending of the stadium... the São Paulo team stadium (Morumbi) is about 80k people capacity, Palmeiras stadium is 35k,  the municipal stadium (Pacaembu) is about 50-60k, Corinthians ain't have a stadium yet, so we rent Morumbi or Pacaembu... That's pretty idiot, since corinthians is the 2nd biggest cheer on BR, but... There were many projects of a new stadium, none gone forward... things on third world are weird

The stadiums are usually completely packed on the derbys...

Hmmm, got me thinking.

If "big" Ron could possibly score with his belly, because it's so big ........ Does that mean that "little" Ron could possibly score with his ego ??     Is it be possible to score with an ego  ?

Robinho can't afford to have an ego, he plays for City.  For the richest team in the world, they're cr@p  :D

Robinho will blatantly move to Chelsea at the end of the season. He hates it at City.

To be honest, I think he'll stay.  They're going to be building up a good team and with their riches I can see some big names comming in (and Hughes out).

They will build up a good squad eventually, but right now it's really poor considering the talent they have. So i can see him leaving.

I think Robinho will leave City. I don't think he's the patient type.
