In my opinion the best black metal band is polish group called Sirrah.
Way ahead of their time.
Anyone heard of them?

i always enjoyed blackmetal and it was and still is a huge influence, together with anathema, old katatonia, Tristitia and other doom metal bands
When i formed my first band, a doom metal band, the first cover we did was My Dying Bride - Like ods Of The Sun Track.
it was $%&#ing Amazing. ahahahahah Q:)
Then we coverized Theatre of Tragedy - a rose for a slothful vassal.. then we kinda ended and formed a cr@pPY false blackmetal band HADOM. and then i quite.. and restarted with Befamal, an old school death/thrash metal , and then THOSE classic drug problems with the drummer and vocalist .. then we quite. and i joined A local Thrash/black/death/heavy metal band that had various names, it was cool, but then the guys didnt have enough guts to keep the band, and i quite.
tHen i joined Thyresis . and im still with then. despite the enormous difference in background and personal tastes in music we have. and then i did a Death/dark/doom metal band called Rest in disgrace witrh fellow. A, shite i forgot , i joined Dissidium, but i had too many personal tastE PROBLEMS WIth some of them, and also some of them were as sloppy and an old man's dick trying to reach a snatch.
im still to find my own Mix between Black/Death/With Thrash metal Touches, Doom metal Atmospheres and here and there keyboards(not necessary) and Fusion Metal Wickedness
