you wouldn't use the meat knife on crusty bread but, equally, the serrated knife and straight edge knife aren't going to go through raw meat as quickly

When I was once thinking about this I think that 13 was the least I could come up with (but that was before I got my 5 string bass, now I have 8 basses before I even think about guitars!
