Rebel Yell - Some Power Riffing/Soloing
« on: April 01, 2009, 02:49:03 PM »

This is a pair of Rebel Yells in a PRS Singlecut SE.

Rhythm part is some kind of Marshall model in the Axe FX through VHT2502 and into a ported 2x12 - Greenback Mic'ed with SM57 and G12h30 Mic'ed with Sennheiser E609, panned hard left and right.

Lead part is same setup but with a SLO100 model in the Axe and panned only 50% L/R. Especially interesting is when it goes to riffing on the neck pickup towards the end as it's a quite beefy pickup then.

Turn it up to have fun!

Sounds brilliant, that Axe FX is amazing, superb tones. Great playing too, I think I'll put this on my ipod for blasting out of my trucks speakers at work.  :D
