NGD: a white snake
« on: April 01, 2009, 09:12:47 PM »
I always wanted a white Viper and when a minter turned up with the rare matching headstock, I couldn't say no. BKP transplant will take place shortly... (click to open full screen)

Nice, I like the ESP version a bit more than Gibson's. But I don't know how I would get on with the neck profile, is it thin?

I am awaiting a White Lion :D

Not as fat as an LP, but it's that kind of shape. Remembering back to my SG, I'd say it wasn't as flat as that... That was a long time ago though.

SUCH a good looking guitar! I'd love one in a translucent worn brown hue with a warpig and mississippi queen.
LOVING the Mules!

I love the Vipers; nice spin on an already badass shape. Problem is they don't do a Japanese ESP Viper without active pickups, I believe. I can't be BOTHERED to change actives for passives ._.
Personally I'd retrofit a pickguard but I don't suspect you will.
Very cool guitar.

I have one in see-thru red with that exact pickup combo...

Very cool guitar.

I'm sure they did an artist sig one that had a pickguard. It looked very cool. Also the Jap ESP Vipers come with Duncans, but are all bolt on neck: Jap VP-M

EDIT: Found a pickguard for it: shame it's white

You know there was a time when I disliked SG shaped guitars.Over the years my opinion has changed and I know like them very much.Yours has a great variation and I think it looks terrific.
