Whats the longest you have had to wait for your ordered PUPS?

I'm going on one month Yesterday? Maybe, this is just standard? I know that these are hand done, but was curious what the usual wait time is?

Where do you live? Your location will have something to do with wait time, as well as how much you had your pups customized.

For BKPs?  Aboout 3-4 weeks is the longest, ordered via UK dealer not direct.

Non-BKPs?  Nearly 3 months, and still waiting....

About a month at the longest. Tim was waiting for the cover. Shipping was only 4 business days, and I'm in AZ!

I believe the great exchange rate has really put the pressure on at bkp and they are pulling extra shifts, working late and weekend to meet demand. Unlike some companies they wont let quality slip and there si a limit to whay they can do - if you want quality - handmade sometimes you have to wait but it is worth it. I have often waited over 3 months for handmade furniture.

Yeah, they are really overworked right now and are training new help to ease the load. I ordered one just before Christmas and it took like 2 months and now I have been waiting over a month for my Holy Diver. I am in the US as well. It sucks, but they are worth the wait. I would rather wait for the quality than have them start rushing out inferior pickups.

It took 10 days but today my Warpigs and Miracle Man sets came in and now my soldering iron is broken -.-

Angled how?  I thought that had already been done for Nathan Sheppard guitars.

Or will yours be some kind of asymmetrical shape?

Thats what I told him - he doesnt want to know that ;)

About a working week. 4 days or so, I think.

Hmmmm, Tim said to me on the phone he's never done an angled pickup before :? That's definitely BKs in that picture? *slightly confused* I'm really not bothered if I'm first or whatever though, just can't wait to see them :lol: maybe it's the first angled 8 string pup :lol:

Yeah, they're definitely BKs. Knuckledusters.

The difference may be that they are 2 tele pickups with magnetic poles and seperate baseplates, whereas I'm guessing yours will be normal humbuckers with shared baseplate and magnet/s? That would be a first, to my knowledge, but its not the first angled BK.

Oh, it was in a thread in gear: I guess you just didnt see the reply. I forget which one. You were the OP in it though.
