Here are a couple of my desired tones, and i was wondering whether you could help me find them, and make 'em louder!
First off, i find it on my ES335 Dot whatever copy, its kinda like an acoustic twang mixed with a clean electric, not much bass, tone. Any recommendations?
Next: Ok so ive got my one humbuckered strat (hisssss), plugged into my Marshall Mini Amp, full gain, full tone (?) and full volume, put through some proper headphones (the beeeg ones). I take off the headphones, so i hear the distortion, its distant, and the twang on the string acoustically, any way i can re-create this?
Thanks for any help, and remember to post your own dream tones (excluding you Les Paul, youll never find it!)

I think for the second one you mentioned you'd need to play your guitar through two amps at once. One with an acoustic simulator played clean and one with distortion, only quiteter and with a hint of delay.

My ideal tone is an AC30-ish tone with no reverb or effects and medium gain. I have it on my Vox Valvetronix AD30VT. When turned up full the amp comes to life. I use the AC30 model with gain at 12 o clock, bass at 2 o clock, treble at 10 o clock and middle at 10 o clock. It is kind of clean but breaking up when picked softly and when I dig in it has a really throaty overdrive. I love using my Nailbomb bridge pickup with volume and tone on full and picking the notes from open chords. Sounds incredible.

the voodoolab sparkle drive lets you blend clean sounds with overdriven sounds. sound just like what yu need. as yu can see i was considering it aswell!
My ideal tone is my set up right now, but with some BKPs and a nice keeley SD-1 for extra gain. Honestly. mines nearly perfect!!!

For your first tone on the 335, I can get close to it with a set that might surprise you.  I have a Warpig and Mississippi Queen set.  With the Warpig in parallel combined with the MQ, you can get that tone.

If you want to stick with an all humbucker set, you can also get it with the Abraxas IV set, by turning down the volume on a clean amp setting (I used it on the Abraxas clean sound clip in the players forum).

You could probably come close to it on almost any of the Bare Knuckle pickups wired in parallel in the bridge position, with the volume down on the higher output pickups.

For the second you need to put a set of piezo saddles in your strat.  Then you can take the accoustic sound form them to a separate amp.
So many pickups, so little time
