ENDORSED GUITARISTS QUIETLY USING BKPs!
« on: April 17, 2009, 04:17:05 PM »
There are so many endorsed plank slappers out there these days.
Many will submit glowing accolades for specific manufacturers, but quietly, I suspect some are replacing the branded pickups with BKs among others....phew, is it getting hot in here?
The industry is open to misinformation and because the eventual sound is comprised of so many variables, copying anyone's sound can be a fruitless and expensive task.
Now, disregard all the above!
Being a total slut for Mr Santana and Mr Greenbaum, I have just taken delivery of which pickups????
I shall still play the Vintage LP and the Washburns, but feel compelled to announce that the fire under the bonnet comes from Devon-not dope!
Regards and shalom

i always find it impressive how many amps and guitars people put James Hetfields name on.
Like Wizard amps... I'd love to try a Wizard amp, but thier list of endorsees is crazy.
also, i've never heard of metalica for example using Wizards. Mesa's live, but the sound thats recorded doesnt come from those.

I love telling people i use BKP's. It's like a special little weapon. im debating guiting a guitar that would suit burnt chrome pups just so people can ask more about them. haha

Why anyone would admit that James Hetfield's tone comes from their products is beyond me.

his dual rec's light up green inside. i wonder what tonal effect that has.
doubt he uses BKP's, probably his downfall.
