I wonder if superstrats would have caught on as much if that pic of Ed with the LPJ was used on VHI instead the one with Frankenstein.

I've been waiting for you to post on this thread Philly. My prediction, although highly predictable, was spot on.

That Explorer looks huge as well although not as huge as the 335 I saw on Angus Young on a youtube vid a while back!

anyway, really nice pictures from an earlier era. evh looks really cool with flares and that explorer. big guitars are great!
