Pickups for a Alder Super-Strat

So i am going to start on another custom build from warmoth this time a little different from my mahogany taste, Alder body with a Splated maple top All rosewood neck.

After searching on the forum i found these work best in alder:
C-pig , Holydiver , Painkiller

Now :
C-pig: i love the sound of these in Bulb's Clips...I wonder if hes using them for clean though?
Love the compression but since this guitar is only going to have one bridge humbucker it needs to have a decent clean sound as well (Note: I love the sound of ceramic cleans love the tele quality of my cold sweats)

Holydiver : Questionable about this one...I know it will be very thick sounding but not clear on complex chords with high-gain yet will probably best of the bunch for leads.

Painkiller : Some say its a little dry sounding but thats not a bad thing to me ill take that as very punchy and compressed which  is a must , On Nolly's youtube channel i like the sound of his blackmachine best with these very clear punchy that low mid grind and ceramic! which i love at the moment.

What do you guys reccommend out of these or outside of these? I want tight bass, Smooth highs for leads, lots & lots of clarity Low mid grind, Also thick sounding with high output.

I have an alder guitar, with a ceramic warpig in it.

For the neck I'd go for a Miracle Man, which is what I have in it right now and it sounds good imo.

Ha ive done that many times all good tim suggested a painkiller which what i was hoping he would reccomend

anyway i'd say warpig. alnico maybe is a little more versatile.

but why bridge only?

the HD is the most open sounding and the clearest model on the contemporary line
it's like the Soldano SLO of pickups  :lol:

Hey Sith Eric, isn't the CS the clearest in the contemporary line, while the NB will be the most open one ?

Ive been thinking for awhile if i wanted a neck and im leaning towards the idea as for pickups i spoke with tim and we both agreed on a painkiller :)
