Has anyone experienced this AMT Freak Guitar pedal, I think it crushes every other valve model I tried before...

I've wanted the AMT California Sound for quite a while now.
I'm not really sure on the Freak Guitar or the SS-20, sounds a little fizzy. Though I've never heard them actually being used. But AMT's pedals are definitely great pedals to use for Direct recording.

Yeah I agree with you about the little fizzy thing on its voice..
But I was so impressed by the quality and the power and focus of that beast. I have tried some time ago a demonizer, but this FReak guitar is more evil !

Damn you BKP forums, making me aware of products i now want.
The AMT looks like it could be pretty cool, but also while looking at info about them I found another coupla grand worth of pedals that look like theyd also be pretty cool.
