My regular readers might be aware that I am a huge fan of Little Feat. I saw this on "the Tube" and thought that some others might like this.

Yes - he was a great singer as well as an amazing guitarist.

Cool  8) Thanks for posting that.

Anyone thinking "ah! that's how you tune it..." ...he got his G tuning wrong when he was describing it though :o - it's a D on the top of that guitar, not a G :lol:

I liked that, especially when the rest of the band started harmonising on China White. Been working on singing harmony, and it's damned hard! Lovely slide playing too (something else I can't do!)

Yeah I loved that harmonising - felt quite jealous, I've been recording backing vox recently, and it would be a lot easier if a heavenly choir just joined in the minute I felt moved to start singing :lol:

(and a personal assistant to make sure I got my cigarette in the right way!)
