Well, you're not that far off. Most of us Brits are going to think something similar when we hear the name, let alone actually seeing one.
They're really going to struggle over here, that's for sure.
However, I can see the American market absolutely loving them. And they're priced better over there, too.
I'm afraid they're just far too expensive once they cross the pond, just like Mesa/Boogie's. Except with those, the name, the look, everything says high end to us. The Krank's just don't, if they were about 30% cheaper than what I've seen so far then maybe they'd have a shot.
But hey, cracking the UK market isn't going to bring them much extra cash. The American market is more than enough for most companies. They'll do fine, and I'm sure they're fine amps. Haven't heard any horror stories yet.
