I was really looking forward to watching the DVD of the guitars , amps and effects. It all started well with Mick Taylor, who I think is very good, playing some nice stuff on a Strat. After the intro I was all set up for some quality time watching a quality player showing you lots of guitars and amps. It then went south pretty quickly when Simon Bradley came gurning on to the screen with his usual generic, not very impressive, chord playing that doesn't really give you any useful insight into what different guitars/amps sound like (I could o better and I'm not great!). It's been said many times, and I'll say it again, I really don't understand why a magazine with such great players available constantly puts Bradley on the demo CD's. Very, very annoying :x
