« on: June 13, 2009, 09:22:25 PM »
i don't want to split a 2 connnector wired humbucker... i just fear it happened with my mules!
i can clearly hear hum in bridge and neck position, that ceases only in middle position...
is it possible?

Sounds more like a faulty switch which isn't earthing properly in positions 1 and 3. If its an open bodied switch it might be worth trying some contact cleaner spray on it.

there should be some kind of wire going from the switch to the upper volume pot, but it's not there. maybe it's the reason...
