Mississippi Queens doing some rock n roll
« on: June 28, 2009, 05:04:14 PM »
I finaly got the chance to do some recording. I threw this together quite quickly so it's not top notch and quite short. I hope you enjoy it anyway.

Recorded in Riffworks with Amplitube2 and my Reverend Manta Ray with MQs. Both rythm and solo is bridge and the "bass" is middle position with the Amplitube version of the whammy pedal set to 1 octave below.

Cool!

I came on here to post something myself - but got distracted by this. Nice tones and playing there :D

BTW My browser got confused by the link to the soundclick single player - it played, but it closed my other tabs, and did all kinds of crazy stuff. Don't know whether this happens to anyone else? (Or is it just my @rse laptop and IE ) When I want to link to my soundclick, I just paste the URL of the song page I'm interested in - seems to be less hassle...

NEway - your MQs are sounding just right. More clips, and longer :D

Thanks a lot for the comments, Andy.

In the future I'll post the URL to the song instead. Like you said - Less hassle.

I will love to post some more clips, but it'll have to wait a while. Tomorrow I'm off to visit my family and even though it's no problem to bring the laptop, and hence I'm able to do some recordings, I can't bring any of my BKP'ed guitars  :(  A have to travel by train and my baby daughter and luggage will leave no room for an axe.

But I'll sure post some more clips when I return.

It is well worth listening to :D

(Can't test it Mr Air - work system won't let me go near streaming audio sites, but it looks about right!)
