Robby Krieger SG
« on: July 02, 2009, 01:27:58 AM »
Just reading the interview with Roby Krieger in guitarist and was surprised to learn that the signature/inspired by SG Gibson are making is based on a SG he bought only 12 years ago. Very odd IMO as I would have thought it would (even should) be based on a SG when the Doors were going strong in the 60s and 70s

Yeah, a signature guitar that you are not famous for playing is a touch odd.

Maybe it's just a guitar that he's nowadays most comfortable with  :)

The trem is the best bit!

You gotta have a Maestro on an SG  :D
