It's a quiet day here at work, and no-one's listening, so I'll share a little secret  ;)

There's a rumour that a certain Mr Wez Venables is building something a bit different in his little workshop.  I had a spare chunky Tele neck knocking about, which he now has in his possession, and he's cooking up a little spicy something that the Rev Willie G might enjoy.......

First off, a couple of nice planks arrive:

I wonder what type of wood that is?  What pickups and switching arrangement will it have?  What about the finish?  What will the guitar be called?  :?

Back to the custom build, and I've always liked the look of these.....

If thats going to be a hot-rod Esquire a la Rev. Gibbons then I am jealous. Very jealous. Would love one of them to be my 'rocker' guitar (maybe with a bigsby) to complement my Gibsons too.

Can't wait to see what this will be!
