Just Ordered nailbombs for my LTD
« on: July 30, 2009, 03:14:03 PM »
got tired of the MM's in the LTD EC-1000.
wanted to make it sound closer to my Rebel Yell les paul custom.
Tim recommended the Nailbomb over the crawler saying the nailbombs and rebel yell are very similar, with more mids and bottom end. im expecting the lightness of the LTD to cut some bass, so this could be cool!

im excited!
went for zebras with gold screws and slugs!

cool
I'm waiting for a camo NB set for an early 70's les paul I'm also still waiting  :D
I hope the NB matches it well
I'd go for a cold sweat set if I didn't have it already in another les paul
Riff Raff, Mules, Black Dog, VHII's, Cold Sweat

nice
I had some zebra NB's in my Les Paul. Sounded nice and looked cool.
Swapped them into a different guitar a few months back though, thinking about swapping them back though.
