Quick question about pickup installation

Just wanted to check if my diagram is correct.

I want to install two humbuckers in a guitar with only a volume pot and a 3-way switch.

1. position: Bridge pickup (series)
2. position: Neck pickup (series)
3. position: Neck pickup (center coil)

And the capasitor is supposed to be there even though I have no tone pot right?

Oh and btw the bridge pickup is a Warpig, and I'm in doubt about how it's supposed to turn. I mean it has got two rows of allen bolts, so it's quite symmetrical. Does it matter wich coil points where?
