I like the speeding up function. I could do that and practice the tracks we play so that it isn't such a pain when our drummer does it.

However (whisper this quiet) I'm one of the guitarists who has learnt that although the drummer speeds up, it's often to keep up with the guitarists he can't slow down!
Try recording a rhythm track on a fast/medium-pacer, with the guitar that you're playing set way too loud in the monitors/headphones mix - half-way through the song the guitarist can be as much as a beat ahead!!
When we figured this out in my last band, we started rehearsing to a click track. To our eternal shame, we found that the drummer (who we'd all been blaming) could do it easily, but the guitarists couldn't! We persevered, and conquered it, and became loads tighter and more powerful live - but he never let us forget it.
(Don't tell your drummers about this though :lol:)
