Mississippi queen Pig90 set
« on: November 03, 2005, 12:20:31 AM »
Hi All,

So I've got my Lionel 1956 USMC train set up on ebay just so I could finally stop talking and buy some BKP's.... I should have plenty of mula left over...hahah
After a very long time of thinking and posting, I've decided to just put some mississippi queens in my gibson sg standard.
I am obviously going to get the bridge MQ winded to a Pig90 with a V magnet.

My only question is what MQ do you think I should get for the neck?
I'm guessing the obvious choice would be a MQ pig90 with a IV magnet but am interested to see what you guys think.

Oh wait, I do have another question...Since i'm getting a MQ set do I still need to upgrade the pots and caps or should the stock be good?  thanks!!!
Mississippi Queen Set = Gibson SG Standard
Warpig = '88 Charvel Model 1

I got an AIV MQ (not pigged, but I'm not into high gain) in the neck of my geetar and it is everything you hear a P90 should- fat and smokey with amazing spatial definition.

Get one, they rock.
