As I said earlier I probably could have done that, but then I would have had to wait for Fed Ex to make a desision and then cut my dealer a check, etc. plus then if it was to be repaired (would have needed to be refinished completely) that would take time as well. I have been dealing with this for 7 months. I just want a guitar to show for the huge chunk of change my bank account has been missing since February. I have wanted the Caparison since the beginning anyways so it's not like I'm getting something I don't want. Caparison was just taking forever to get the 09's out and the Jackson just happened to pop into the mix and seeing it made me want it. Guess it wasn't meant to be. As for the Cap I am supposed to get it tommorrow and I am really hoping for the best. I'll hopefully post a new guitar day thread barring anymore tragedy.
