Nailbomb and Cold Sweat Clip
« on: September 13, 2009, 06:50:03 AM »
I really like my BKP's. They're very dynamic and have made a huge impact on my tone in a good way. No way I could go back! Here's my clip:

The Extremist cover. Backing track from guitarbackingtrack.com, used the line out of my Rocktron V50 into a Tascam US-122L (usb interface) into garageband. The first bluesy solo is played on the neck pickup (Bareknuckle Cold Sweat) and the rest is played on the bridge (BK NAilbomb). I also used an RMC Wizard Wah (GREAT Wah) on some parts. All of the solo guitar was recorded in one take, no touch-ups so there's a couple mistakes. I think it's a nice clip for some different tones. Hope you dig it

That just sounded lovely. Very nice playing. I would love to hear some more!

very nice, first decent clip I've heard of the neck cold sweat - amazingly fluid and good playing mate. Turn down the backing track / rhythmn a bit though!

Im a bit late on this but that song is freakin sick man! What a good hand you have and what good hand Tim has! It sounded great on both ends; pickups and playing!=) I'm considering getting one myself for a Tele neck slot to match with a Piledriver. =)
=) Cheers and God bless =)
