Indeed he is. Apparently he recently interrupted an winners speech (at some msic award thingy) by steaming on to the stage and declaring that Beyonces video was better. Classy!

He's done it several times - interrupted this presentation to Taylor Swift, and on more than one previous occasion threw a strop because he thought he should have received an award instead of someone else.

And at Live 8 he said AIDS had been engineered by the US Govt to kill off Africans. 

He's a dick.

I think that level of arrogance is kind of cool though. Like interupting obama with something worthwhile would be great. I guess if you do all that stuff you just look nuts. I think its funny (apart from the AIDS thing, though i understand there is the engineering conspiracy theory).
