eBay Charges

I just got charged £3.16 for Sellers Charges.

Yet I haven't sold anything for months, and I mean months.

Are they being c--kbags?

u can get a detailed list of what the charges are for.. on the account summery page i think

It says "PayPal Payment -- Automatic Monthly Billing" so I'm being charged for using Paypal even though I don't actually USE it?
