Preamp of one amp into power amp of another...with a twist?

I have a TSL602 and an Engl screamer. I'd like to know if I can use the effects loop send of the screamer and send it into the effects loop return of the TSL to try powering the TSL with the screamer and mixing the power amp sounds. Will I blow anything up or do any damage? (if it works at all!)
