the bloody door was locked!
although i've looked inside a fake tardis before. it was on casters and wasn't big inside.
if all you needed to travel in time was a set of casters we'd all be doing it riding our speaker cabs

Where were you?  Was this a proper Tardis or the repro police box in Earls Court?

There is a police box on Buchanan Street in Glasgow. It was converted into a coffee bar last time i was home. they are teeny inside.

If I remember right, Dmoney works for the BBC so presumably that's the "real" Tardis.  :)

yeah it was at television centre.
i used to work at that building but now i work up the road. our facility moved.
i always worked for siemens, but siemens own a bunch of the BBC engineering staff now, so its kinda the same.

I also walked past a dalek. one of the guys i know had to PAT test a dalek. true story!!

another cool fact is that is that most of the people i work with play guitar, and 3 of us rep bare knuckle.
one guy uses a trilogy suite set and another chap and myself use rebel yells as our primary choice.
