Just traded my RY bridge with nbarts' Emerald on Rig Talk. Shipping to US this week.

Huh, I'm excited to get such an "exotic" BKP :O)

Excellent choice! We had them on an SG and they excell, then on a Les Paul and they excell too!! Balanced on low, mids, and highs, with a very nice  hard rock tone that sustain forever. No spikey mids on mine like the jb that were on the SG, Tim did an excellent job here. Love the neck too! Excellent overall hard rock pickup. Looking for the perfect Gold Top to put them in. Still get hate mail for taking them out of the SG. Mine were(are) just perfect. Hope they work on your guitars and that you find them right!!

I've heard (from Tim via Gingataff) that the Emerald is like a VHII but fatter and with more output.

Always been interested in them, but never sure what guitar they'd suit (apart from LPs).
BKPs I've Got:  RR, BKP-91, ITs, VHII, CS set, Emeralds
BKPs I Had:  RY+Abraxas, Crawlers, BD+SM
