I saw this already!
It's not bad, but then again it didn't really change my mind. I knew the V30, Swamp Thang and H30 were good, I knew I hated the T75. The Electro Voice is nice, but I can't get over the price tag those sell for.

Yum: Greenback, Swap Thang
Yuck: G12M-70,  JBL

But I'd rather test them by myself than judging from a youtube vid...

It was the swamp things that stood out for me as well.

I liked the tonkers after that, and the 70 80 after that. I thought that on the whole the eminence stuff had a smoother, richer sound than most/all the celestions.

I intend to pair them with V30s in place of K100s in an ubercab, driven off a powerball.

I'd be a little concerned about cutting in a mix with that (they seem quite dark), but Im not gigging at the moment, it's for recording.

I'm a big fan of Eminence, I've had a Cannabis REX and now have a Governor.  I think they are great value and really well made speakers....

Don't have that much experience with speakers yet, but in my Blues Junior, the Eminence Legend GB12/8 sounds way better (to me...) than either the stock one (eminence "fender special design" whatever that means) or the V30 that ships with some "limited" (lol) editions.

Just my 2 cents...

well done ..but remember, thats for a Rivera Venus 6 amp and a Les Paul-before you go investing in new speakers, remember your MMV(I love greenbacks, for example, but it is just plain torture to use them with my Boogie Coliseum-poor greenies! The Ev's sound best ,but the greenies are right at home with a Boogie Electradyne..different speakers/cabs/etc, for different applications...man, there are just SO many variables..the path to righteous tone DOES BEGIN , however, with BARE KNUCKLES!!)

I listened with another window open and flicked - I was surprised by the fact how nasal (in a bad way) the V30 was.  For me it was the G12h30, the Celestion Gold, the Jensen P12N and the Swamp Thang

The G12T75 was sooo cr@p.. :D
