I normally like that shape at the bottom, but in fact on this guitar I think the LP Jr type at top right looks really good.  It just seems to work with the Floyd and humbucker.
BKPs I've Got:  RR, BKP-91, ITs, VHII, CS set, Emeralds
BKPs I Had:  RY+Abraxas, Crawlers, BD+SM

I think middle right would look great if it had a neck 'buker. I like the way the bottom one hugs the pickup, it ties it together.

well this guitar is definately a little bar-steward so i had to get the la cabronita style guard in there - especially since i have a template for it ;)

What about something like a "split guard" ?

(disclaimer : quicly&badly done, just to get the idea)

Well... might work better with a neck bucker in fact  :?

[edit]
Ho, and FWIW else I voted for the top-right

I like it without... but if it has to have one I'll be boring and say a standard plate but how about in rosewood?
