I got a book: Death by Black Hole by Neil DeGrasse Tyson

I also got a DVD: Steve Vai - Where the WIld Things Are

and best of all I got a: Squeezebox Boom  :D

NCIS seasons 1-5 DVDs from wife, children & in-laws (they colluded :))
CDs: Judas Priest "Angel of retribution", Godflesh "Pure"

My present to myself won't get here until after new year (hint: there will be a thread in this forum starting with the letter N ;))

But the best gift of all was seeing my children open their presents, play with them, enjoy them and say "thank you" unprompted... :)

I got a 320G portable hard drive, a Zappa plays Zappa double DVD, tickets for a stand up show and some other stuff. Can't complain!  8)

More p1ssed than I was expecting (the missus felt that bubbly for breakfast was a good idea - I gave into the idea for the first time ever...)

On the pressie front - smellies, dvds, books, a "Stig moneybox" (?!), and, the star of the show, a new guitar for doing Brian May impersonations :D

Got a PS3. Liking it so far, been playing Moderon Warfare 2 since 8 this morning lol. Just started to play online and I'm getting my butt kicked.

A few other things too, clothes, smelly stuff etc.

Gonna be buying myself another present soon, so if anyone has a Carvin they're looking to sell. Let me know  :P

This is the first year that Mrs 38th & I have spent Christmas day at home & therefore I have just a few things-we don't do the crazy spending thing you see.She got me a couple of Itunes cards and some Turkish Delight (the real stuff) plus she'd also got me some Beatle remastered albums in September as early Christmas pressies-and a bit of cash towards my recent new guitar.I'll be seeing my folks tomorrow and so will be the recipient of a shirt or two and possibly a jumper.

I got the Assassin's Creed, Renaissance book which I'm super excited about reading.

I got some DVDs and money from parents.

Plus since my birthday recently I'm gonna be getting a DSLR. And I also got COD:MW2 and Assassin's Creed 2 (which I've completed, lol..)

A lot of chocolate
