Lets make a scale form 1 to 10... where does each bareknuckle humbucker fit in the scale....  I guess a PAF being 1, a DiMarzio PAF Pro being 5, and some kind of EMG  or dimarzio X2N being a 10. Where would you guys place the BK humbuckers on the scale?

A humbucker can be even cooler than a PAF. Else, you may want to read the specs for each set, they at least give some infos wrt/ the DC resistance (NB : for the bridge pup - the neck is usually cooler).

Have: Crawlers, BGF 50/52s, Mules, ABomb, RiffRaff
Had : Slowhands (n&m), Trilogy (b)

Bareknuckles are about TONE, not OUTPUT. There probably is a reason the modern ones are labelled "contemporary" and not "high output".

However, Warpig, Miracle Man and Painkiller are all loud.
Current BKPs: Miracle Man, Nailbomb, Juggernaut, VHII
Past BKPS: Holy Diver, Trilogy Suite, Sinner, Black Dog

Im trying to get a feel for the tone of all the models, there isn't much solid information out there for that. It seems like all you guys have a feel for the tone of each pickup just from browsing the forum a lot and trying as many as possible out firsthand... I dont have the time... where can i find info comparing the pickups?
