MQs for me, and I've had both them and Riff Raffs in SGs. The Riff Raffs, in my experience won't be chunky and chewy sounding enough, they'll be too humbuckery. They'd be alright though.
The MQs will bite plenty - notice there's an awful lot of bite on the Hammond organ as well on that recording. Drums and bass nice and thumpy, organ very bright, guitar sitting nicely.
