Could you remeasure the neck relief?
Do like you did before but measure the distance between the high E string and the top of the 10th fret (if it's a 24 fret neck. On Fenders I measure at the 8th fret)
As a guideline it should be about .010". If you're a light picker with a 12" radius you can go as low as .008" if you're a heavy picker with a 7.25" radius it's about .012".
Note: these are guide lines, not fixed rules. Setups can be very personal.
I think you can raise the Piggy a bit. I think the pole screws can be raised a bit as well, roughly following the radius.
You might want to take it to a good tech for a pro setup.
