I think one of them is holding a poo and another is showing him how to bury it. probably as a way of avoiding being tracked and killed by some kind of epic hell monster. You can see some True Metal fans in the background looking to hills where the metal kings first appeared holding various examples of pointy weaponry.
Other bands play,
manowar sit on the floor burying poos.
