Hey guys another new clip as i was just got into pantera after completely dismissing them for years.

oh yeah i know the clean is cr@p and my guitar is slightly out of tune on that bit.

It sounds very 80's and alike the tone Dime had on this record... I don't like much the POD thing, anyway

the cold sweat can nail that very easily, from rhythms to leads and harmonics  :D
nailbomb is a bit too thick and not as bright

The Nailbomb may not be the closest tone to Diamond Darrel's but it does sound good.

cheers for the comments also i must add now that i know that this was done with a 25k pot in the guitar which made me have to up the gain and treble loads

at first i thought it was the pickup and i was hating it

when i got my jcm2000  a bit later and i thought it had zero gain.

so i pulled the guitar apart and sorted it and now its far better as soon as i get a mic i shall record some newer clips.
