Just wanted to chime in here and say that my experience thus far with the customer service and tech-request end of BKP has been nothing short of incredible.  Tim has been an excelelnt wealth of knowledge, and really DOES know his stuff almost to an obsessive degree.  Further to this, he's a very stand up business person with good ethics - and for this I thank you Tim!  You've made my choice process and subsequent order easy as pie - and all from the other side of the pond to boot.

Many thanks - I am super stoked to get my hands on (and my strings over...) the new Painkillers (going into an NT-II) and Riff Raffs (going into a custom Hamer project).  Something tells me this won't be the last you'll be hearing from me.

I'll be recommending your business to many over here in Vancouver, Seattle, Toronto, LA, NYC, etc.

Yes , it's nice to see mentioned what many of us feel about the whole B.K.P experience , but by now have become used to. Also indicative of the way that Tim runs things - and the great product(s)  he makes available , being  the presence of Jonathan at Feline guitars, Wez, and of course our 'resident' Valve amplifier builders / wizards Martin at MJW /Martamp , HTH and JPF amplifiers. No coincidence ( I feel ) that it also hosts the most civilised and friendly forum I have seen on the net.   Furtherore, the fact that mentions / comparisons with other brands / types of pickup cause no grief, as there is faith in the B.K.P product, and the confidence that comes from  that.

Now, if Tim could just tell me how he gets the energy !
