Mint Green Pickguards (Why do some look like a Cornetto?)
« on: February 05, 2010, 03:02:06 PM »

So I've bought 2 now, one off ebay and one from axes-r-us and they both look like mint chock chip ice cream to me.
More like bright green than the subtle effect I was after....

I used to have an allparts / BKP prewired guard and from memory this was a lot more subtle but without comparing it I'm not sure if it's my imagination.

So has anybody noticed big differences in the green guards and is there anywhere to get really authentic ones from?

Why don't you order an empty one from Tim/BKP?

I get confused with Aged White/Parchment/Mint pickup covers....  :?
